After your visit to the Temple of the Tooth Relic, head to the Gem Museum, where you can learn about Sri Lanka's rich history of gemstone mining and see some of the country's finest gems on display.Next, visit the Royal Botanical Garden, where you can spend the afternoon strolling through the beautiful gardens and admiring the exotic flora and fauna. After exploring the gardens, stop for a leisurely lunch at one of the restaurants located within the Royal Botanical Garden. After lunch, head back to Kandy City and spend some time walking around the city. In the evening, go to watch the Cultural Show that depicts the traditional dance and music.
After breakfast go to the Kandy Railway station to catch the train from Kandy to Ella. This scenic train ride is considered to be one of the most beautiful train journeys in the world, as it winds through the lush green hills and tea plantations of Sri Lanka. Arrive in Ella and enjoy a delicious late lunch in the city. After lunch, head out of Ella on your way to Tissamaharama, stopping along the way to visit Ravana Ella waterfall. This stunning waterfall is located just a short distance from the main road and is a must-see attraction in Sri Lanka.
After breakfast, depart for Yala National Park for your early morning safari. It is home to various species of animals, including elephants, leopards, deer, bears, and various types of birds. During your safari, you might also get the chance to see beautiful landscape views and sunrises. After completing the safari, return back to the hotel to check out. For lunch, head to one of the many seafood restaurants in Galle Fort. Finally, spend the rest of the evening, exploring the fort's narrow streets, taking in the sunset from the ramparts .
